Doraemon y el Reino de Kibo
Mañana 11 de Noviembre se pondrá a la venta lo último del gato más cósmico de la televisión: Doraemon y el Reino de Kibo. En su lanzamiento, contaremos con una edición limitada y otra edición sencilla, no obstante, toda la información la podréis encontrar en la siguiente nota de prensa.

Las aventuras de Doraemon se tiñen de verde en su nueva película en DVD. Doraemon y el reino de Kibo
Durante una excursión al monte, Nobita centra su atención en un arbolito abandonado en un vertedero. Sin dudarlo, decide que hay que encontrar un lugar en el que plantarlo. Tras comentárselo a Doraemon, se les ocurre que el cuarto de Nobita es un lugar idóneo y, para que crezca sano y fuerte, rocían la planta con un producto que el gato del futuro extrae de su bolsillo mágico. Al cabo de una noche, la poción ha surtido un efecto inesperado: ¡el árbol cobra vida y se convierte en una divertida criatura vegetal de lo más hiperactiva a la que bautizan como Kibo! es una emocionante historia en un mundo de fantasía lleno de criaturas fantásticas en el que nuestros amigos luchan en defensa de la ecología y el medio ambiente.
Con la ayuda del siempre alegre Kibo, la pandilla decide limpiar la colina cercana de toda la basura que se ha ido acumulando ahí en los últimos tiempos. En el bosque, donde antaño había árboles ahora solo hay agujeros. Las ciudades están ganando terreno y en las antiguas zonas forestales ahora se construyen edificios. Ha llegado la hora de tomar medidas contra el deterioro del medio ambiente.
Mientras nuestros amigos exploran el bosque, se topan con un gran misterio: una fuerza extraña llegada del espacio está arrancando la vegetación de la colina. De repente, se ven sorprendidos por una fuerza succionadora que le atrapa y son trasladados al mundo de los Plantiformes, unos seres vegetales extraterrestres que quieren salvaguardar la flora de la Tierra, aunque a veces con métodos poco ortodoxos.
Los Plantiformes buscan la paz eterna de todos los vegetales, pero ven que en la Tierra se está iniciando un proceso de destrucción. Durante la EcoAsamblea, los Plantiformes deciden acudir en ayuda de las plantas de nuestro planeta para evitar su desaparición. Al grito de “¡Todo por las plantas!” pretenden declarar la guerra a la Tierra para desatar la ira verde sobre nuestro mundo. Pero la violencia no conduce a ningún lugar… Y Kibo se opondrá con todas sus fuerzas.
Kibo, Doraemon y la pandilla se ponen manos a la obra para encontrar una solución a la crisis ecológica. Para ello tendrán que aportar grandes dosis de valor y contar con la inestimable ayuda de la Gente del Barro, unos seres vegetales que llevan una vida sencilla en total armonía con la naturaleza.
LOS PERSONAJES
Kibo
Este ser vegetal, divertido y dicharachero, tiene un gran interés por aprender las costumbres de los humanos. Es el verdadero protagonista de la historia y su propia naturaleza lo convierte en el enlace entre los Plantiformes y los humanos.
Princesa Riire
Sus obligaciones como soberana y líder de la EcoAsamblea Universal de los Plantiformes le obligan a decir cosas que no comparte, como el uso de la violencia para defender a los vegetales. Al principio es insolente y antipática, pero tras esta coraza se oculta su verdadera bondad.
Doraemon
Sus inventos estrambóticos, sus grandes ideas y una valentía que no conoce límites hacen que el grupo vaya hacia el éxito. En esta ocasión, parece que sus objetivos serán imposibles de conseguir, pero, como de costumbre, salen airosos de cualquier situación.
Nobita
Sin su carácter alegre y curioso, no habría aventuras. Una vez más, sus ansias de descubrirlo todo y de ayudar a los más necesitados provocan que la pandilla acabe perdida en el universo de los Plantiformes. Su gran corazón es su mejor arma.
La pandilla
Shizuka, Suneo y Gigante son intrépidos, no se arrugan ante las dificultades y, sin pensárselo, se sumergen de lleno en la aventura. Cada cual aporta su granito de arena en función de sus propias habilidades y son fundamentales para el éxito de la misión.
CURIOSIDADES
La película se estrenó en su país de origen, Japón, el 8 de marzo de 2008.
Este largometraje fue unos de los cinco nominados a Mejor Película de Animación en la edición de 2009 de los galardones que concede la Academia Japonesa.
El nombre del protagonista, Kibo, proviene de las palabras japonesas “Ki” (árbol) y “Bõ” (palo de madera). La palabra “Kibõ” también significa esperanza.
El personaje de Kibo ya había aparecido brevemente en la película de 1992 Doraemon y el misterio de las nubes.

EXTRA “THE DORAEMONS: EL REINO DEL DULCE FELIZ”
El cortometraje extra incluido en este dvd es una divertida historia protagonizada por los grandes amigos de la escuela de robots: ¡los Doraemons!
Nos encontramos en el País de los Dulces, en pleno siglo XII.. La princesa Honey ha perdido la sonrisa, por lo que el rey y la reina Sugar deciden convocar un gran concurso de dulces. Quien logre hacerla reír será el ganador.
En el gran evento se presentan los manjares más dulces y sabrosos solo aptos para los paladares más exigentes, pero curiosamente todos los pasteles ¡saben a rayos! Un extraño personaje está boicoteando los trabajos de los participantes y atacando a los Doraemons con los trucos más ruines.
Sin embargo, sorteando toda clase de peligros, consiguen superar las trabas porque cada Doraemon aporta los mejores ingredientes de alrededor del mundo: miel, harina, leche… Los gatos robots están listos para crear una obra maestra: un magnífico Dorayaki con nata montada.
